Black Hills Nationals Age/Weight Categories
Below is the link for the 2024 divisions and weight classes. There are two changes to it:
- The Cadet and Elite divisions are combined to form a High School Division using the Cadet weight classes
- We have added a New Division – Grand Masters (50+ age group). Following are the weight classes for this division:
- Grand Masters 125 133 141 149 157 165 174 185 195 215 230 Hwt
- They will wrestle 2 – 1 minute periods with a 30 second rest between periods.
- Also, the Grand Masters division will be TAKE DOWNS ONLY.
The tournament director reserves the right to combine weight classes.

Important: Wrestlers can double-bracket. However, the wrestler needs to register twice, and make note of the fact that they’re wrestling in two separate brackets.
